What are your delivery hours?
We deliver from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. You can select your preferred time slot during checkout.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before the cutoff time (varies by area). Check our delivery page for specific cutoff times in your area.
How long do the flowers last?
With proper care, our flowers typically last 5-7 days. We include care instructions with every order to help you extend their beauty.
Can I customize my bouquet?
Yes! Contact us via WhatsApp for custom orders. Our florists can create bespoke arrangements based on your preferences.
What if I'm not satisfied with my order?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
Do you deliver outside Cairo and Giza?
Currently, we deliver to Cairo and Giza areas only. We’re expanding and hope to serve more areas soon!
Can I send flowers as a surprise?
Absolutely! Just enter the recipient’s address during checkout. We’ll deliver discreetly without mentioning the price.
